Sealed Bids for the construction
of: City of Chelan Lift Station CC-1
Upgrade Chelan, Washington will
be received, by Owner, either:
Physically: to the office of Chelan
Public Works, 50 State Route 150,
Chelan, WA 98816, Digitally: to
Quest CDN VirtuBid (vBid). See
Quest CDN details below. until
3:00 pm local time on
Wednesday, July 15th, 2026, at
which time the Bids received will
be publicly opened and read. The
Project consists of the
construction and modification of a
public sewer lift station, including
demolition of the existing CMU
building and removal of all existing
triplex lift station components.
Work includes replacement of the
gravity sewer, installation of a new
precast valve vault, rehabilitation
of the existing wet well, and
installation of new duplex lift
station equipment with associated
electrical and control system
upgrades. Additional
improvements include installation
of a new backup generator,
construction of a new force main,
water main installation, and storm
drainage enhancements. Site
work will include landscaping and
general site improvements such
as retaining walls, asphalt and
concrete surfacing, stairs and
handrails, fencing, irrigation,
plantings, and other items
necessary to complete the Work
included in the Project. Bids will
be received for a single prime
Contract. Bids shall be on a lump
sum basis with alternatives and
allowances as indicated in the Bid

holder, even if Bidding Documents
are obtained from a plan room or

registered plan holders, reports,
and other information relevant to
submitting a Bid for the Project. All
official notifications, addenda, and
other Bidding Documents will be
offered only through the

Neither Owner nor Engineer will
be responsible for Bidding

at the Chelan Public Works, 50
State Route 150, Chelan, WA
98816. The last day for bid
questions will be Wednesday, July
8th. All prospective bidders are
directed to the Instructions to
Bidders for discussion of Bid
policies, procedures, and
requirements. The owner reserves
the right to reject any and all Bids,
to waive any and all informalities
and to negotiate contract terms
with the successful Bidder, and

the right to disregard all non-
conforming, non-responsive or
