The court found probable cause to charge Jason Rodriguez Lopez, 18, from Brewster, second-degree Malicious Mischief and third-degree Malicious Mischief. He is to be released on personal recognizance.

Lamberto Hernandez Valdovinos 27, from Bridgeport, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was sentenced to 18 months and fined a total of  $1,260.50.

Lamberto Hernandez Valdovinos 27, from Bridgeport, pleaded guilty to second-degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Money Laundering, Purchasing Food Stamps More Than $100 and Unauthorized Use of Food Stamps. He was sentenced to 55.5 months on count one, 12 months on count two, 25.5 months on count three and 25.05 months on count four. He was also fined a total of $1,325.55.

Lamberto Hernandez Valdovinos 27, from Bridgeport, pleaded guilty to two count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Use of Building for Drug Purpose, second-degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and two counts of Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver Marijuana. He was sentenced to 70 months on count one, 70 months on count three, 55.5 months on count four, 60 months on count five and 60 months on count six.
