Okanogan and Douglas counties, Feb. 21
Okanogan County

District Court

Daniel Abarca Gonzalez, age 19 from Bridgeport, pled guilty to No Valid Operator's License. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $818.

Walter Lee Dodson, age 21 from Brewster, pled guilty to third degree Driving While License Suspended. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $618.

Travis M. Duncan, age 28 from Brewster, pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. He was sentenced to 90 days with 89 suspended and fined a total of $608.

David Lee Fitzgerald, age 55 from Brewster, pled guilty to third degree Driving While License Suspended and fourth degree Assault. He was sentenced to 90 days with 88 suspended and 364 days with 352 suspended. He was also fined a total of $1,891.

Valente Garcia-Cortez, age 42 from Bridgeport, pled guilty to No Valid Operator's License. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $818.

Jose Francisco Medina Sanchez, age 22 from Brewster, pled guilty to third degree Driving While License Suspended, Operating a Vehicle Without Ignition Interlock and Making False Statement to a Public Servant. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended, 180 days with 175 suspended and 180 days with 180 suspended. He was also fined a total of 1,558.

Jose Abel Navarro Martinez, age 18 from Brewster, pled guilty to third degree Driving While License Suspended. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $468.

Warrants

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Jesus Scott Cazares, age 30 from Bridgeport, for the charges of Theft of a Motor Vehicle and first degree Trafficking in Stolen Property. Bail was set at $15,000.

A non-injury, one-vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Fourth St. and Indian Ave. in Brewster. A vehicle at the location hit a fire hydrant.

A report from Ives Warren Alley in Pateros of threats. The reporting party is receiving threatening phone calls from a male subject. The subjects stated he is in Brewster and heading the reporting party's residence to shoot him with a 12 gauge.

A report from Rat Lake Rd. in Brewster of an assault. The reporting party was hit by a male subject.

A subject on Old Hwy. 97 in Brewster was cited and released for driving while license suspended.

A report from Main Ave. in Brewster of an activated burglar alarm.
