District Court



Tabitha Renee Dodson, age 20 from Brewster, pled guilty to Operating a Vehicle Without Ignition Interlock. She was sentenced to 364 days with 359 suspended and fined a total of $1,018.

Ignacio Hurtado, age 21 from Brewster, pled guilty to fourth degree Assault. He was sentenced to 364 days with 359 suspended and fined a total of $933.

Omar Medina Hermenegildo, age 19 from Brewster, pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana less than 40 grams and Use/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 90 days with 89 suspended and 90 days with 89 suspended. He was also fined a total of $858.

Jorge Alejandro Sausedo Ayala, age 27 from Bridgeport, pled guilty to third degree Driving While License Suspended. He was sentenced to 90 days with 89 suspended and fined a total of $858.

Criminal



Moises Morales Mariscal age 20 from Brewster pled guilty to second degree Attempting to Take a Motor Vehicle. He was sentenced to 364 with 362 suspended and fined a total of $1,010.50.

Omar Medina Hermenegildo, age 19 from Bridgeport, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance other than marijuana and Possession of Marijuana less than 40 grams. He was sentenced to 30 days on count one and 90 days with 60 days suspended on count two. He was also fined a total of $685.50.

A request for an agency assist on Verestar Dr. in Brewster.

A report from Hwy. 153 in Pateros of suspicious circumstances. An occupied vehicle on the side of the road. An officer responded and the subject was tracking a cougar in the area.

Tuesday, Jan. 15



A report from Bruce Ave. in Brewster of a stray animal.

A report from Sunset Dr. in Brewster of suspicious circumstances. The reporting party's dog's collar was removed and left on tie out chain by the porch. There was blood by the porch and a trail of blood droplets to the gate. The dog was located at the school where the reporting party works.

A report from Hwy. 17 near Brewster of two vicious dogs. Two pit bulls belonging to subjects that live down the road are attacking the reporting party's dog. A dangerous dog notification was issued.



Wednesday, Jan. 16



A report from Hospital Way in Brewster of trespassing.

A report from Beach St. in Pateros of a missing person. The reporting party's 9-year-old son is missing. The parent thought he was at school at Cub Scouts and he was not there. He was last seen walking towards home after school. The child was located at a friend's house.

A vehicle versus deer non-injury accident occurred at the intersection of Hwy. 97 and Unger Rd. near Brewster.



Thursday, Jan. 17



A two-vehicle, non-injury collision accident occurred on Hwy. 97 in Brewster.

A subject on Cliff Ave. in Columbia ran from an officer. The officer on foot pursuit detained the subject on Bridge St. The subject was taken into custody for obstruction, minor in possession and possession of marijuana.

A report from Sunset Dr. near Brewster of suspicious circumstances. At approximately 7:20 a.m. the reporting party sent two daughters outside to the vehicle. A teenage boy came from the roadway and came into the driveway. When the dog barked and he saw the children, he quickly left.
