Okanogan and Douglas counties, Jan. 17
Okanogan County

District Court

Dennis Garcia Hernandez, age 19 from Bridgeport, pled guilty to Minor in Possession and or Consumption of Alcohol. He was sentenced to 180 days with 179 suspended and fined a total of $258.

Superior Court

Criminal

Lara Silvanio Garcia, age 35 from Brewster, pled guilty to second degree Taking a Motor Vehicle Without Permission and Driving Under the Influence. She was sentenced to 30 days on count one and 364 days with 334 suspended on count two. She was also fined a total of $1,110.50.

Marco Antonio Torres Gomez, age 21 from Bridgeport, pled guilty to second degree Burglary and second degree Malicious Mischief. He was sentenced to six months on count one and three months on count two. He was also fined a total of $1,110.50.

Derin Darlington, age 42 from Pateros, pled guilty to Bail Jumping. He was sentenced to 90 days with 30 suspended and fined a total of $760.50.

A report from Hospital Way in Brewster of 911 abuse. A hang up call occurred from the hospital. On call back the nurses' station was checked and the front desk where the call was placed from.

A report from Seventh St. in Brewster of an activated burglary alarm. The alarm was accidentally set off by the cleaning crew.

Saturday, Jan. 12

A report from Old Hwy. 97 in Brewster of suspicious circumstances. The reporting party wanted to speak to an officer because he believes his son stole his car and took all the food out of the fridge. The reporting party seams confused and unsure. He now lives at Harmony House.

A report from Seventh St. in Brewster of a noise complaint. A subject is washing laundry in the laundry room.

A subject on Pioneer Rd. in Brewster was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

A report from Old Hwy. 97 in Brewster of a traffic hazard. A full size truck is pulling another full size truck with no lights on. The reporting party nearly struck the truck being towed.

A report from Warren Ave. in Pateros of a burglary. When the reporting party got home, the basement door was standing wide open. Nothing is missing.
