Okanogan County

District Court

Martiniano Cipriano Solano, 23, of Brewster pled guilty to Driving Under the Influence. He was sentenced to 364 days with 362 suspended and fined a total of $1,936.

Jose Francisco Medina Sanchez, 21, of Brewster pled guilty to fourth degree Assault and Driving Under the Influence. He was sentenced to 180 days with 175 suspended and 364 days with 363 suspended. He was also fined a total of $2,031.

Miguel Angel Ramirez Zamora, Jr., 19, of Brewster pled guilty to second degree Possession of Stolen Property. He was sentenced to 30 days and fined a total of $1,110.50.

A report from Hwy. 97 in Brewster of pornography. A male subject came to the location last night and showed pornography to an employee.

A report from Hwy. 153 near Pateros of suspicious circumstances. A vehicle at the location is in an orchard and spotlighting.

A report from Seventh St. in Brewster of an assault. The reporting party's sister arrived at the daycare with scratches on her face.

A report from Airport Rd. in Brewster of trespassing.

A report from North Star Rd. near Brewster of a violation of a protection order. A female subject is harassing the reporting party on Facebook. There is a temporary protection order in place.

A report from Griggs Ave. in Brewster of malicious mischief.

A report from Sunset Dr. in Brewster of a vicious animal. The neighbors dog is causing fights with the reporting party's fenced dogs. The dog owner could not catch the dog and was afraid it would bite him.

A report from Daniel Dr. near Brewster of stray animals. The neighbors horses are getting into the reporting party's hay pile.

Saturday, March 10

A report from River Plaza of an activated burglar alarm. An officer responded and the building was secure.

A report from Seventh St. in Brewster of an activated burglar alarm. An officer responded and the building was secure.

A hit-and-run accident occurred at the intersection of Fourth St. and Jay Ave. in Brewster. The reporting party heard a vehicle strike another parked vehicle. When the reporting party looked outside he saw the vehicle leave the scene. Minor damage was caused to the parked vehicle.

A report from Main Ave. in Brewster of an activated burglar alarm. The building was checked and there is a broken window.

A report from Hanson Ave. in Brewster of a theft. Speakers and stereo were taken from the reporting party's vehicle.

A request for an agency assist on Hwy. 97 in Brewster for five intoxicated subjects that are uncooperative.
