District Court

Eduardo Pamatz Ponce, 21, Brewster pled guilty to three counts second degree Driving While License Suspended. He was sentenced to 180 days with 175 suspended, 180 days with 175 suspended and 180 days with 170 suspended. He was also fined a total of $3,174.

Superior Court


Ryan Michael Nesbit, 19, Pateros pled guilty to Taking a Motor Vehicle Without Owner's Permission. He was sentenced to 14 months and fined a total of $1,110.50.

Cirilo Perez Tinoco, 33, Brewster pled guilty to Attempting to Elude Pursuing Police Vehicle and Driving Under the Influence. He was sentenced to six months and fined a total of $1,110.50.

A report from Hwy. 97 in Brewster of suspicious circumstances. Two suspicious subjects near a lot at the location. The reporting party stated the subjects were acting weird.

A hit and run accident occurred on Fourth St. in Brewster. A vehicle struck a fence at the location.

Saturday, March 3

A report from Brewster of suspicious circumstances. Two males came to the reporting party's door and said that if the reporting party said something to the police about them selling drugs they would get into trouble. The male subjects were very mad. The reporting party does not know who the males are.

A report from Starr Rd. near Pateros of illegal burning. The burn is unattended and there is metal burning. Pateros fire was toned and a brush truck with two personnel responded.

A report from Third St. in Brewster of harassment. The reporting party is receiving harassing phone calls from a male subject.
