Pateros Relief Center catering to community needs
The Pateros Relief Center has been open since the Carlton Complex Fire first affected Pateros in mid July, but a permanent building formally opened Monday, Aug. 18 at 169 Pateros Mall next to Two Chics Boutique.

Open Space property owners may request removal
Property owners who own land classified for property tax purposes under the Open Space property tax classification and are located within the Carlton Complex Wildfire area or the Rising Eagle Road Wildfire area or the property is located outside these zones but were affected by the recent flooding due to the wildfire areas can request to have their property removed from the classification without paying the additional tax, interest and penalty that are normally associated with removal of the tax classification.

START OF SCHOOL DELAYED

Cleanup and repair to the school has begun in earnest and it will take longer than our initial first thoughts. Everyone is working hard to meet the goal of welcoming students to school on Sept. 10.



OFFICES MOVED

The K-12 office and the district office are temporarily located in the Ag building across the street from the commons area. Please feel free to stop by. New students can start registering on Aug. 20. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
